I purchase goods from several countries from the USA, Canada, Russia, Japan...and this was the very first time I ever had to pay such charges for such a tiny object to be delivered here in France. Not only did I pay the fees that your services used to send the tiny light weight envelope but I also payed an additional 20Euros just to receive the envelope
iI was very unhappy about this and really considered not accepting the envelope and having it sent back to you , but imagined the complications of getting a refund after all this and eneded up paying the ludicrous cost.
Perhaps you should refrain from international shipping if you can't seem to find a means of shipping without having custom charges added on to such tiny shipments, it is not fair and I feel like I overpaid for this item unjustly so.
This incident tranished what ever energetic aspects came with this pendant and also on screen it appears very clear and bright and golden and it is actually very dark and sombre thus the images are not quite true to the actual object that one receives see image of waht I thought I was receiving attached
